Chef Pradeep Khullar has always had a passion for great food. Since joining as Executive Chef at Mint Leaf of London, Pradeep Khullar has spent time behind the scenes developing innovative menus to freshen Dubai’s Indian fine dining scene. Chef Pradeep’s cooking style is innovative and explores modern variations of Indian cuisine. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and refined skills, having worked for notable restaurants throughout the last decade both in India and Dubai, award-winning Khullar’s expertise have truly upped the dining experience at the popular DIFC venue.

Chef Pradeep’s culinary repertoire includes milestones such as:

  • Featured in the book ‘Best of Dubai’: The Dining Destination 2021
  • ‘Chef of the Year’ title in 2020 at Masala Magazine Food Awards
  • Three consecutive Time Out Dubai ‘Highly Recommended’ from 2018-2021

Lovely Indian Food, Hospitality and mesmerizing views from the restaurant!

Oh, the experience here was out awesome. The food, hospitality and the view is to die for. I have an itch for Indian cuisine. Expecially, when I’m travelling abroad. I always look for good Indian food and experience. This place didn’t let me down.

The experience here was surreal. The presentation and the food was amazing. The hospitality was top notch. The ambience of the restaurant is warm and welcoming.

Fabulous Fusion Indian!

Under the expert hand of Chef Pradeep Khullar Mint Leaf has a fabulous Indian fusion menu with classic dishes being presented with modern cooking techniques. Beautiful plating compliments the melt on the mouth food. Stunning views and socially distant seating complete the gorgeous interiors. The menu has been funded around by Chef Pradeep who personally visits the guests to say hello. Enjoyed every bit of the both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Highly recommend.
